    • 1 package Iberico sausage links (~1.4 lbs)

    • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or neutral oil

    • Optional:

      • Splash of water or broth

      • Fresh herbs or onions for serving

    Cooking Instructions

    Method 1 – Pan-Seared (Most Reliable)

    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.

    • Add oil and place sausage links in a single layer.

    • Add ¼ cup water or broth to the pan.

    • Cover and cook 8–10 minutes, turning once.

      • This gently cooks the sausage through.

    • Remove lid and increase heat to medium-high.

    • Cook uncovered 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.

    Internal temperature should reach 160°F.

    Method 2 – Grilled

    • Preheat grill to medium heat (not high).
